We accept all insurance plans as long as out-of-network benefits are available. In most cases we are able to do an adjustment to meet in-network benefits. Such adjustments are made so that the patient is not penalized for using an out-of-network facility. These adjustments are done on a case by case basis.

SELF PAY
You will be contacted prior to your surgery with an estimated procedure cost for your surgery. The total amount is expected to be paid the day of your surgery. If the total amount is paid in full on the day of your surgery you will receive a discount on the procedure. This discount only applies to the procedure and does not apply to any implants that you might receive. If you are unable to pay the balance in full, 1/2 is expected down on day of surgery and the remaining balance will be set up on equal monthly payments for three (3) months max.
SELF PAY – COSMETIC SURGERY – ELECTIVE SURGERY
Payment in full must be received the day of surgery.

Information will be made available to you at the facility. No Surprise billing act prohibits a provider or facility from balance billing for more than his or her in- network cost -sharing amount.
